The company primarily provides services to businesses. Business disputes are governed by the Civil Code and the Code of Civil Procedure. The parties submit to the court with jurisdiction at the registered seat, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
The visitor does not conclude a consumer sales contract through this website, and the company does not operate an online shop. A mandatory trader link to the ODR platform under Regulation (EU) 524/2013 therefore does not apply.
